Please contact us for more information about a rate tailored to your specific representation. We work with clients to find an affordable solution to the cost of representation and make every effort to keep the costs of legal representation affordable.  An initial 2-hour consult can be scheduled in a family or protections order matter.

Consultations

The firm charges for initial family matter consultations. We charge for these consultations because discussing your case means we cannot undertake to represent opposing parties or that we may also have to forego other representation as well due to rules governing representation and conflict.
The exceptions to this policy are criminal cases that have no initial consultation fee and certain injury cases where a contingent fee arrangement is the tradition.

During a consultation, you will discuss the details of your situation and the legal options available to you. Please bring with you any documents pertinent to your matter including all court documents, current financial information, photographs, or other material which will be helpful in assessing your case.

Payment Plans

In certain situations a payment plan is possible. This option will be discussed during your consultation.

Pro Bono

Service to the community is an important part of what we do. Peter has been an active and dedicated member of the community, sharing his time and talents at schools and other organizations, and by charitable contributions.
